Very disappointing management response to a serious utility issue. My water usage suddenly increased more than 10� in one billing cycle, despite living alone and having no significant change in my normal usage. This pushed my monthly utility bill into the hundreds of dollars, and the utility company itself confirmed an abnormal spike in water consumption. Pros: 1. GREAT Location! Walking distance to great restaurants and shopping. 2. Maintenance requests are fulfilled in a timely manner. 3. Staff is friendly. Cons: 1. Elevators are constantly breaking down. There is no service elevator, so when people move in/out, when they leave the elevator doors open for an extended period of time, the elevator breaks. 2. Just had a tour today with Lee and it was so amazing! The team was very welcoming. The property was clean, such amazing floor plans and they really gave me a lot of options to looking forward on becoming a resident here before the new year!!!! Especially already living in the domain and around the area for the past four years and now wanting to move forward with a new experience with the Kenzie, I’m very excited on looking forward to joining a new community of living here at the domain with them!!!
I lived here for 5 years. It got significantly worse over that period. The elevators break every 3 weeks. There is always at least one broken elevator at any given moment. The garage door was stuck open for 9 months and anyone could walk in the apartment 24/7. The fire alarm goes off while we’re sleeping multiple times a year. ***You have to register your friends’ cars so they don’t get towed, but the registration lasts for exactly 24 hours, and you can’t refresh the registration until that 24 hour period has finished. I would strongly caution anyone considering living at Bridge at the Kenzie to think carefully before signing a lease. I lived here for almost a year, from July 2025 to June 2026, in a first-floor studio (Unit 152). In April 2026, my apartment developed a severe termite infestation. There were termites throughout the apartment, and the situation became extremely difficult to live with. What made the situation even worse was the timing. I was recovering from a surgery.
