Omg Cassey is amazing she got all my paperwork and move in process done super quick and made it super easy. She answered all my questions and was super nice def excited to be living here!!!
This place has turned into complete garbage over the last year, especially since new "management " has taken over. Actually, there currently is NO property manager. The place is absolutely filthy. I've contacted the office via email, resident portal and 4 times in person about cleaning the hallway that's covered in dog pee for the last 7 months and it's still not done! Sweetest leasing staff, love them so much
DO NOT RENT HERE. Absolute nightmare living experience. I lived here for over two years and eventually left because the property became completely unlivable. This place went downhill fast and never recovered. Everything started falling apart after corporate removed the last experienced on site management. Once competent leadership was transferred out, the property rapidly declined. Yesterday, 12/16/25, I moved into The Kenzie, and unfortunately, I did not have the best move-in experience. My unit was not cleaned prior to my arrival (pictures attached). There was dog hair on the floors, pieces of glass (one of which became lodged in my finger), residue on the cabinets, dust buildup on the baseboards and outlets, and dirt and trash left near the refrigerator area.
