This place almost gave me an aneurism last year. We book our two cats into a “top of the range” double suite, weeks ahead of the journey. All was confirmed. We set off from Las Vegas (5 hour journey) and called en route to confirm they were expecting us. I was told the suite wasn’t available and they were fully booked. Great staff, wonderful services, and clean facilities!
Don't bring your pet here if you don't want him or her to get a kennel cough. My poor came throwing up with reverse sneezing took him to the vet confirmed he had kennel cough. Save your money an your dogs healthy. Go somewhere else!!!!!!!!!
Time management practices are non existent. The kennel staff didn't take accountability and my pets missed their flights because of them. I got snarky responses when I called to check on them, and a shifting of blame to the airlines about the flight issue. Terrible experience. Would NOT recommend.

This place is amazing. I found out about it by searching online for overnight lodging services for my two 1 year old dogs. The place is very spacious and clean. The attendants were friendly and well informed. I toured the place before utilizing the services. While my dogs were under their care for 3 nights plus wagtime add-ons, the staff took pictures and texted them. They looked happy. They got our fur baby through customs and to her doggy hotel for us no problem! Gave her some much needed playtime after her flight, provided us updates on our baby and took such great care of her! Highly recommend!

great and speedy help getting my dogs thru customs.
For the past 10 years they have taken our dog when we went out of town, and we regularly use them for daycare when we will be gone all day. Our dog can't wait to get in the door! Not even getting started on snow day. THE BEST!!!
