I stayed a little while in San Francisco and had the most incredible experience at Kenmore. The staff were truly kind and friendly. I have never experienced anything as pleasant as my stay at the Kenmore Hotel. Great food, polite and appropriate staff, problems addressed and immediately corrected. Great location. The song "I left my heart in San Francisco" makes sense after my experience being at Kenmore.
I lived 3 months in this hostel and i really don't recommend it. Managers are insane, they are not polite, most of the staff are here just to waste their time and they don't do anything for residents. In most of the case, you gonna pay for a full room with tv and fridge and if you are lucky you will find a room with a bed and a chair, they don't want to replace broken Tv or broken fridge so you gonna pay for that but you will not find those equipment in the most of the room.
