7 yrs ago we had hail damage and they were suppose to replace two turbines and vent cap for the furnace and vent cap for the plumbing and they didn't they painted them. We had to be inspected about 4 times before it was all approved. The head guy was Charlie Hicks. Also we found shingles in the attic as if they shoved them down the turbines. They did my neighbors house across the street and there is no permit recorded. The guy who lived there was. Charlie Hicks friend.
