Unscrupulous and unprofessional. Avoid if possible. We recently moved out of a rental that the Kelly Company assisted the owner in renting out and with the move out. We conducted an initial move out inspection with the owner to see if there were any issues, repairs or further cleaning that needed to be done to avoid deductions from our deposit. Answer my emails. The landscaping around southbridge condos looks like crap, everywhere are weeds. I've emailed them several times regarding this issue and I get no response. My fence is literally falling down and is being held up with duct tape and tacks. I've emailed them several times on this urgent matter and I get no response. THE KELLY COMPANY SUCKS!!! My fence will go up with our without an approval.

I have rented from TKC on two occasions. One house on Somerset and one in Browns Valley. Contrary to an erroneous social media post, the staff is actually very hard working, professional, organized and responsive. In addition to their professional services they also offer wonderful employment and growth opportunities for those that are dedicated, disciplined, and hard working.
