Tried to dine on 2/22/2020. The wait was over an hour, which dining on a Saturday night is expected. We were offered the bar or the patio for no wait, however the rain dampened the idea of outside patio dining. We went to the bar and waited more than fifteen minutes and no one even acknowledged our presence for water or anything. Over ten servers passed by us and finally we asked for service. Date night fail. I understand that you guys had a 90min wait. However, I saw the bar was only about 2/3 full... so we sat there at the bar top. In the 15min we sat there, I literally counted 15 staff members walk by. No one greeted us. No one gave us menus. No one even acknowledged our presence. Frustrated, I finally asked a server if someone was managing the bar top. I was told someone would be out immediately. 5min later. 10 more passbys from staff and we left. Usually a good experience, but tonight was a little lacking. I usually try not to be judgmental since I spent so many years managing a customer service process, but tonight could have been better. I give 2.5 stars for tonight only I know it will be better tomorrow. The food was spot on.
