( I mean come on who comes to Texas and doesn’t have authentic steak!?) it was perfect! Everything from service to presentation! The wait time after putting in our orders was about 20-30 mins. one of these steak places around...impeccable and professional waitstaff, very attentive, good was fresh and served hot. NY Strip was cooked to perfection and so tender.
