My steak was perfect (as usual) Little hick-up with my drink but the manager fixed that and made things right again. My favorite steak house in Texas !
The service was horrible. We (table of 14) waited on our food for at least an hour and in this time no one came to tell us where we were with the order nor offered us anything to make up for the wait. Once manager was notified, he did not immediately apologize. He actually made an excuse for the wait. (always remember in customer service, the customer is always "right".) Will not go back anytime soon. P.S. The food was just "okay" as well.
The Food Was the best ,and Manager and Staff exceptional. Please come and you will enjoy the atmosphere and the food.
Great steaks, very good customer service loved it.
My hubby took me there last night for my birthday it was awesome they took such great care of us and Jonathan was great!
