My favorite place for an excellent steak, great service and an elegant ambiance. I would highly recommend it for special occasions such as celebrating a friend’s birthday.
Service was poor at best, I had a waitress argue with me about how I should order my steak. Never the less my steak came back over cooked. There was so much going wrong at this place I can’t see how they stay open! This was too much for me, I’ll never visit The Keg again!
Mannnnn how disappointing...I am NOT the guy that makes waitstaff’s job more difficult (been there, it’s not easy) 1st $40 steak, overdone...like super overdone when I ordered Med rare -sent it back 2nd $40 steak, RARE...like fucking wiggling rare, black and blue LITERALLY said to the waiter, ‘this is not effecting your tip, please let me gtfo of here asap ‘ Unfortunate, after a 10hr day and haven’t eaten since 11am
We celebrated my mom birthday yesterday at the Keg and we had a great time! We will definitely be back. The service and was good and also the food!
Husband and Mom bday party given there. Enjoyed the atmosphere. I apologize to anyone who was around us because we did celebrate life. Our waiter's keep our drinks comming and me updated on the orders. Very satisfied.
I wish I could give a review of the food, service, and atmosphere, but I cannot. we arrived at approximately 745 from an event, nicely dressed, but nothing extravagant. we had 2 small children with us, who are well mannered, and the hostess told us they were too under staffed for the night to accommodate us. the place was nearly empty and there were 3 other employees standing around the hostess desk chatting. we gladly left. We suspected that based upon first impressions, it wasn't somewhere we wanted to eat anyway.
