I waited nearly an hour for them to get food out to me and I only ordered 2 simple things. They told me it was because they were waiting on rice. Someone actually took my food and the staff didn't confirm. The food is typically good and usually it's fast - at least it is at every other location. Kind of a letdown. Maybe next time will be better.
This place is incredibly disappointing. Every single time I order one of their plates, they forget something. I add extra lamb, they for get the lamb. I call to make sure they don’t forget the lamb, the lamb comes but they forget the rice!? Now, there is apparently an issue with E. coli according to the news reports. I will never order from here again. Sad.
We really enjoyed our experience at The Kabob Shop! The food was fresh, delicious, and full of flavor. Osmar, the young man who took our order, was so pleasant and friendly. He even came over after we received our food to check on us and make sure we were happy and didn’t need anything, which we really appreciated. The customer service was excellent, and the restaurant was relatively clean as well. Overall, we were very happy with our experience and would definitely come back again!
We got catering service for one of our events from this place. The service was amazing! Everyone loved the food would definitely recommend them. Thank you!
Food is super delicious One of the best Mediterranean spots in the bay area.
