Kevin went over the top in customer service. Anything that needed to be done he was right on it and got it done. He had all the contacts for every need; interior, exterior, roof, paint, yard, trash pick up and city services. He told me precisely what I needed to do and who to call as the property owner. He managed the rest and sold our house in record time. 10 day escrow. Everything was smooth sailing.
We purchased our first home with Soraya help. She is great and very knowledgeable. Finding the right home was an exhausting job but she was really patient. She was honest in pointing out the problems or issues that a house could have but we were not aware of it. I contacted Kevin to list and sell our rental home that was about 4 hours away from us. it seemed like it would be difficult to conduct the transaction over that distance but Kevin made it extremely easy. Even with us having quite a bit of experience in the real estate market he surprised us with his knowledge and expertise. I highly recommend them if you want the job done and done well!
