My husband bought me a gorgeous marquise diamond last Christmas from Karat Patch, I love it! He wanted to buy the wrap to go with it this year. He bought one I love! He was told it was the one that went with my ring. My ring would not fit. They couldn't/wouldn't fix that. VERY disappointed. I wanted to get it from Karat Patch but they would not find a way to make it work.
Staff is absolutely wonderful to work with and they are very helpful!
