No one ever answers the phone, or returns phone calls when I leave voicemails. It’s weird that there is no hours of operation so there is no way to get an appointment, or communicate at all. It’s almost like they don’t want to communicate.
There seems to be a consistent issue with phone communication; entirely unprofessional.
No one answers or calls me back when I leave voicemails.
They don’t answer at all !!! It takes 20 + times of constant ringing for someone to come to the line and then you hear kids screaming in the background ! Very unprofessional!!
