Very unprofessional. Phone is never answered or calls returned. No email address and always sending harassing letters demanding payment on falsified debt
I think a lawsuit needs to be considered against this place. They intentionally make it difficult to work with them. They expect paper checks delivered to their address, and they NEVER answer the phone or return voicemails.
I'd give them -5 if could. If you want to have a relationship with their voicemail youcan choose them other than that stay away
No one ever answers the phone, or returns phone calls when I leave voicemails. It’s weird that there is no hours of operation so there is no way to get an appointment, or communicate at all. It’s almost like they don’t want to communicate.
There seems to be a consistent issue with phone communication; entirely unprofessional.
