Mark is one of the worst relators we have ever had to work with. He was the realtor for the person we were buying our home from and was a bully from the start. I totally understand looking out for your client, but he was so rude, condescending, and stole commission from our realtor by changing the payout percentage last minute. He also encouraged the seller to fix some of the home issues as quick and cheap as possible, which very clearly showed.
