If you’re looking for an easy, cookie cutter workout then go elsewhere. If you’re looking for a place that will challenge you on a daily basis with the best coaches, provide actual results, and a community that uplifts and celebrates every member’s achievements then look no further. Joining the Junkyard almost two years ago was one of the best decisions of my life, seriously!
