I am a powerlifter, So me a cardio don’t have a good relationship. But at Junkyard they mix weight lifting, running, and athleticism. Making me feel like a rounded athlete again. I very Much enjoy these workouts and at 280lbs I can Still get through them pretty well and feel great after! Matt coached both my classes and he is amazing! Very in tune with the room, pushing and motivating everyone equally!
Junkyard is great. Awesome staff. Good and hard workouts.
Great relaxed vibe, instructors are welcoming and supportive. I had my second class this morning in a different location and the experience was just as great as the first time!!
