This place misusing personal information such as patient details. My family member never be a patient here and they sent me with her name for an unauthorized appointment,literally they’ve created my family member profile without consent( incorrect spelling)

Not a great customer experience, wouldn’t recommend. Treated poorly and unfairly due to being a newer customer. I’m just a regular guy but they seemed to have an elitist perspective over their work. P.s. They then tried to gaslight me and said I wasn’t in yesterday, they may not have me on file as I was going in briefly to replace some contacts but still considered a paying customer after I was charged.
