I had planned on just stopping by to have a look after reading reviews. I had to check it out. After stopping in and talking with Ms. Joann I was taught that this property is being taken over by new management and was in process of changing name. I stopped by to tour a one-bedroom apartment and was warmly greeted by Joann. She was very kind and polite, answering all of my questions and showing me around the community. Although I’m not planning to move until January, I will be returning to apply. Great costumer service!
I was so excited at first to move here simply because Mrs.Alejandra was so sweet and understanding! I was having a very hard time and her sweet voice and just her being so helpful to my situation; is what sold me on living there. I originally wrote a review when I moved into this property at the beginning of the year, but unfortunately, my experience has turned into a complete disaster. Even after moving out more than 60 days ago, my security deposit has still not been returned. Both the previous and current management companies have refused to provide clear information or a way to contact the owners. After further research, I discovered two separate LLCs tied to this property, yet neither provides an email address or phone number for accountability.... read more
