Update: Unfortunately, after booking a party two months in advance, Scarborough closed down without any notice. No calls, no emails, no signage, and no response to repeated phone calls. We only found out by checking Instagram and thankfully the Richmond Hill location retuned our call. This caused major stress since we had already paid a deposit and sent out invitations. SAVE YOUR MONEY and Embarrassments -Lied about occupancy capacity. Which was putting guest in danger as we were all suffocating with humid and not enough space. I want to report to occupancy standards violations. -Lied about AC not working few days but in fact it wasn’t working for months based on other customers comments -Lack of service- the host didn’t help as she was busy talking to ppl at the front desk.
