Very clean and modern units. I stayed in a one bedroom. Comes with all appliances, stove, oven, microwave, fridge. Also available was a clothes washer/dryer.
I lived in this building for a year. It looks great, but it’s honestly really dirty. You’re greeted by pools of stinky dog pee as soon as you walk in, and there’s often garbage, dog poop, and more pee on the stairs. The stairs are filthy, I’ve even seen blood on them that stayed there for at least a week. Some of the dog poop has been dried and stuck there for over six months. People let their dogs poop in the Zen garden on the second floor, then let them run around in the gym.
Moving out after living here for 2 years cuz im not willing to spend $1800 a month on this closet sized condo, let alone $2200 which is what people are renting these condos for now. Pros: It's pretty soundproof It's modern and new The gyms really nice Location The rain shower is nice Cons: The gym is ALL it has to offer. The temperature of these suites is UNGODLY so I find myself sleeping on the couch next to my 24/7 running AC that's caused my hydro bill to be $200 bimonthly.
