I had a horrible experience at The Juicy Crab today. When I came in, I specifically asked to sit by the blinds because the restaurant was dark and I wanted some light since I was with my two-year-old. The hostess/manager agreed and seated me there. Later, another customer tried to close the blinds, and when I politely explained why I wanted them open, the waitress and manager still came over trying to close them anyway instead of simply moving the other customers elsewhere, even though the restaurant was nearly empty.
