Honestly, I enjoyed the bowl, I just thought $17 was a little pricey. I really think they could use a little customer service. Not very friendly, no explanation of what comes with the bowl ….

The Juicery is a great spot for a refreshing smoothie or açaí bowl. It’s become a staple of downtown Newburyport. I especially appreciate their impeccable customer service. Every order is fulfilled quickly and with care. An online order mishap was handled with professionalism and courtesy by Emma, with whom it is a joy to interact. Lareina is another employee who is able to juggle multiple tasks and answer any questions with ease. I always look forward to seeing these two on any visit!
Love this place! I come here frequently as my 2 year old loves the smoothies and I love the açaí bowls. Customer service is great, especially Lorena! They are always so helpful!
