Purchased an Açaí bowl here. Awful. No flavor. The toppings were generic and the peanut butter was hard as a rock!
Always good, but be prepared to wait, even if you order ahead. We placed a mobile order and approached the counter at pickup time to find they hadn’t even started. We waited an additional 30 minutes for two bowls. The wait isn’t the problem, the staff can only do so much with the limited space, but communication could be better. They’ll nearly always say “we’ll get started on your order now,” but you could leave for a ten hour shift only to come back and find your stuff still not ready. After waiting 30 minutes for my juice to be ready I went to the window to ask. The girl at the counter said it was not ready yet and asked me to step away from the ordering counter. There were two girls working and they seemed to be completely overwhelmed by orders and very disorganized. Instead of telling people about the expected long wait due to their backed up orders they kept taking orders I ended up leaving without my juice. Pretty disappointing.
Came here with a friend and we both loved it. Definitely one of the better juice places around.
