Extremely unprofessional. I booked this company weeks in advance and clearly explained that I’m sensitive to strong scents and didn’t want photos of my home shared online. They said it was fine and confirmed the appointment—then cancelled twenty minutes before they were supposed to arrive because of those same requests. I scheduled a deep clean and my home has never looked better. The ladies cleaning were pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient. Management was easy to work with and very responsive. I plan to use them for regular cleaning! (And I plan to do one of these deep cleans once a year! —a bday present to myself!)
Sparkling Queens are not only thorough and skilled at the job, they are also friendly and positive in every interaction. They are prompt in responding to communication and on time to the appointment. You will not be disappointed. I look forward to working with them again!
