Taylor and her Sparkling Queens team have been awesome. They came in during a super hard time for our family and were so gracious and cleaned so throughly. I knew and liked Taylor's professionalism and efficiency through her old company and Sparkling Queens is even better. They are only a cleaning company, they aren't going to declutter or reorganize but they are amazing cleaners.
I would not recommend this company. I was not pleased with their first clean service, which cost significantly more to cover extra time to have a more detailed clean, okay that’s fine- but I received a hurried, half-effort clean. I contacted company and had many photos to show that the job was not done to any cleaning standards. (Surfaces left undusted; toilets still dirty; nothing wiped off; mopping before actually sweeping, so it just smeared dirt, etc. EtC!)
