Team showed up on time and very kind. They worked very well as a team, and went through the process smooth. Everything looked amazing! I highly recommend them for your cleaning needs.
Updating a prior review, from about 9 months ago. We had an excellent cleaner for about a year, but as these things go, she seems to have moved on. Our replacement cleaner, Cree, is just as amazing! I’m always so glad to see her bright beautiful smile, and she tackles the job with kindness and gusto! It’s so nice to have Cree in our home. The customer service was great, polite, and responsive. They also did send a crew back after I let them know that we were not happy with the cleaning. We got a "make ready" cleaning service and the cleaning itself was not so great, even after the second pass through. Specifically one restroom was still dirty, entirely. The corners of the tub were not cleaned at all, and we had to clean a ring off of the toilet. They had gone a second time to re-do the mopping which was still only decent. These queens came to my house and make it sparkle!! I immediately made sure I was signed up for their bi-weekly service. they were so sweet and considerate while they were here, and I hope to continue with their services as long as I'm in this area! UPDATE: The bi weekly service is what I’ve set up and I’m in love. Competitive pricing for the area and they’re always so sweet!
