My favorite Local Spa in Dallas! Great staff, luxury amenities, and high end products!
We did not stay at the hotel, but I wanted to say a tremendous THANK YOU for the hospitality shown to us all as we fled to safety on Saturday during the shooting and bomb threat. We were all greeted with compassion, with fresh water, coloring books and crayons given to our athletes to keep their minds off everything. The staff was above and beyond to help us feel welcome, safe, and protected. I spent 1 night at the Joule in a deluxe king size bedroom for my birthday. Just to spend time alone. I did not select any amenities. However, to my surprise the hotel guest relations manager, Justin place complementary champagne, chocolate covered strawberries, and a birthday cake in my room. Thank you so much for making my stay memorable.
I'd really love to give this hotel a better review, but we had several issues that - by themselves - weren't a big deal, but when added together they really distracted from our stay. Other reviewers have noted that the service can be inconsistent at best - we definitely experienced this. One example - I needed change, so I went down to the concierge and asked.
