RecommendedThe leasing office is always super helpful and friendly! It's really cool that they take the time to know you and ask how your day is going. Also the maintenance folks are really nice and helpful!
This place has been so helpful for my roommate and I. They have contacted us about every issue we may have had or have and came to fix it! Joey has been a big help the whole time we’ve been here and we highly recommend having him help you with any questions you may have. They have been doing their best to be here for residents even during this COVID time that we are in. Thank you guys!!!
Just awful roach infested even after contacting office and having them spray down apartment. Got broken into two times in this Gated Community. Also one time they let our dog loose As the burglars got away they let him out. They struck him and he was just defending our home. They told us we either had to get rid of the dog or move out and we would be fined. They always lose our packages. Parking is horrible unless you pay $25/mth; that's if they have any spots available. Maintenance is slow. Valet trash service is horrible; if the bag rips while they are taking it, they just leave the trash all over the ground. Office management is constantly changing and no one knows anything. Packages go missing from the office quite often. When you move, they won't actually send you a close-out statement; they send you straight to collections.
Getting ready to sign a lease and I love it here. Working with Joey has been amazing. So professional but also makes me feel like I’m walking into one big family. I sent a friend here to look, and they are also signing and Joey remembered who I was after meeting him only once. I highly recommend just based on how helpful everyone in the office has been.
Great Staff! Very cute property!
