Unprofessional and useless. They say they will make you pay for a vendor to come out and pay for the service if the appliance is easily fixed. So because I don't know how to fix a flooded dishwasher I may have to pay for services. What is the rent and security deposit for?
My husband and I were so excited to see a rental with this group this morning after doing our research and thinking we found the perfect team to work with. They were very diligent in sending a barrage of emails and texts this morning as a reminder to not be late which showed us that communication wasn't a problem, at least we thought. They house tweakers that have no regard for neighbors. Multiple police reports filed and nothing happens. This group clearly doesnt care. I hope they don't have to open World of Weed back up, since their employee parking space is completely full of broken down "project" cars. Beware this business. These are not serious people.
