They house tweakers that have no regard for neighbors. Multiple police reports filed and nothing happens. This group clearly doesnt care. I hope they don't have to open World of Weed back up, since their employee parking space is completely full of broken down "project" cars. Beware this business. These are not serious people.
Their approval requirements are completely unrealistic and refuse to work with you. I had one bad mark on my current lease, and a late fee over a year and a half ago and from a roommate, not me. Everything else on my background is squeaky clean and checks all their boxes. I even offered additional deposits and to provide documentation proving I wasn’t the issue. They lowered the rent after denying me cause they had such a hard time finding a tenant. Wonder why lol 0/10 do not recommend
I’ve rented a house through this company for a year and a half. (I have almost 6 months left in my current lease) I’ve always gotten quick responses for maintenance, and for the most part communication has been efficient. We only had one situation that was not clear and when it was realized that there was a miscommunication, it was cleared up by a member of their team. They respect our privacy and have never made us feel uncomfortable in our living space. I also had an easy time with applying and was able to move in quickly.... read more
