The Joseph Gang would be a more appropriate name. Before moving in, I dismissed the negative reviews of the predecessor company as disgruntled irresponsible tenants. I found out the hard way and paid, in more ways than one, for my arrogance. I see that there are a good many positive Google reviews, but please note that there have been various one-star (negative reviews) that appear to have been scrubbed. That should say something.
