Horrible - they literally cancelled our lease a month after we signed it and two weeks before we were set to move across the country. They then came back to us and tried to charge us more for a different apartment that was smaller. Horrified by the service.

I’ve lived here for almost 5 years and have been very impressed with the team for going above and beyond in any situation. The property is extremely well-maintained and the staff is incredibly kind and patient. Even compared to Manhattan’s luxury buildings, I’ve never experienced the level of high quality service and attention as The Jordan’s. Don’t let the nice appearance fool you. The leasing and back office operate with blatant double standards and treat rent control like an organized scam. They refused to follow state laws, especially regarding COVID-19 relief programs, and handled everything in an unprofessional and shady manner. Living here was a constant battle against their dishonesty. Would not recommend to anyone looking for fair and legal housing practices.
