You don’t always get lucky to meet such an amazing person, charming, intelligent, well experienced and funny. Top notch customer services, always available to answer any questions. Kristy and Jonathan are absolutely a team work. They’ve made the whole process go so smooth. As a first-time homebuyer I was initially anxious about the entire process. Jonathan and Kristy were always available to answer any of my questions, and they made the entire experience as stress-free as possible. Their customer service was amazing--responsive, friendly, and easy-to-understand. I highly recommend The Jonathan Dean Team to anyone looking to buy/sell a home in the Charlotte market.

He also helped me coordinate work outside the scope of his realtor duties, which was a massive relief and help in a challenging stretch... read more
