As a first-time homebuyer I was initially anxious about the entire process. Jonathan and Kristy were always available to answer any of my questions, and they made the entire experience as stress-free as possible. Their customer service was amazing--responsive, friendly, and easy-to-understand. I highly recommend The Jonathan Dean Team to anyone looking to buy/sell a home in the Charlotte market.

Sometimes you get lucky! I contacted Jonathan to schedule a tour of a house he listed and ended up with a fantastic realtor and a new friend. He’s all the things I look for when working with someone. Honest, intelligent, experienced, responsive, personable, no BS, and an overall genuine and good person. Jonathan made time even when traveling to a conference, to respond to questions promptly. I want to sincerely thank Jonathan and the entire team from the bottom of my heart. Jonathan showed genuine kindness and compassion when he visited with me and my mom during her final days at home.
