If I could give zero stars I would. Jon Modene is the rudest and most disrespectful realtor I have ever met. I seriously do not kno why anyone uses such a horrible person he treats people like they are beneath him. Seek a different team to sell or find your new home.
If I could give Jon and Hannah a zero star review I would. They represented the sellers of our new home and made each and every step of the process to closing as difficult as was humanly possible, culminating in failing to provide us with the key to our new home on the day of closing. Complete and absolute incompetence.
I would never go with Jon Modene. He ripped us off and was not good at communication! He was not helpful. He charged us full percentage and the realtor who had the buyer got the usual percentage . And with how much Jon did he shouldn’t have gottenmore than 2%! I was warned by another realtor not to use him he was a crook wish I would have listened.
