I have been to several Chiropractic offices and I have to say this is hands down the most welcoming and friendliest office around. Allie in the front office is super friendly and makes you feel like family. I will never go any where else.
The front desk people are super friendly and willing to go above and beyond for customer service!!!! The doctors make you feel very comfortable and they really know their stuff!!!
They are a rip OFF. I signed a cancellation form and made my last payment with that date saying it was my LAST payment. I then kept receiving text and emails saying it was going to collections even after I made my last payment. I spoke with them again and they said it would be noted in there system. I still kept getting the messages, so I called again and then the rude receptionist Ally says I have to pay another $59 or it's going to collections. Absolutely the worst decision of my life! Don't waste your money. They are so nice the 1st visit to sucker you in and then it all changes. Don't get sucked in to their initial price. You will REGRET it. Getting out of the contract is an absolute pain.
Recommended by two doctors to get chiropractic care due to chronic lower back pain from car accidents and horseback riding falls. I chose The Joint for their wide range of hours and that they welcomed my dog since she accompanies me to work everyday. The day after my first visit I feel 90% better. NO chronic pain today and my range of motion is much improved! I can't wait to see what I feel like after a few more visits. Thanks Dr. Bethany for making my weekend tolerable.
Rip off. Don't waste your time. Canceled and no one told me had to sign paper they charged 2-3 months and when you cancel they bill you for month after. They just lure you in. Friends told me not to use them places that put you in monthly plan. Should have listen.
