Great practice! Usually no wait time!
Store hours are open till 4......walk in at 3:30 and told "if you want to wait and see if you can be seen that's fine but we close at 4 so you probably won't see you" If your doors are open till 4, you should see any customer that comes in before that time...especially a "walk in" based business Not coming back
