Dr Harris fixed me right up and got me back on my feet. Very informative and I’m following her directions. Very nice staff all around.
I walked in at 6:02 to get an adjustment. I didn't think there would be an issue since they close at 7. Due to the distance I travel and time I get off of work I couldn't be there any sooner. The lady at the front desk turn me away and said I have to be there by 6. Needless to say, I'll be visiting a different chiropractor. Poor customer service
Difficult to cancel membership. I had to send them my cancellation form three times before they finally canceled my membership. Would not refund my money they charged me after I had requested my membership to be cancelled.
RecommendedBoth my boyfriend and myself go to The Joint and have for several months. Quite affordable, minimal wait, world of difference. Dr. Harris in the Abercorn location is my go-to but everyone who works there is friendly and competent.
RecommendedI personally have felt a lot better since going. Do wish there was a barrier between treatment areas for some privacy.
Personally, they did absolutely nothing for my back when I went this summer. If anything they wasted my time and money. Also sucks to be membership and have them take out money like a gym every month instead of being able to pay for each service or ahead of time in cash. I'll take my local physical therapy office that did wonders for me after I gave up on a jack-in-the-box "chiropractor" . I'll stick to locally owned and operated.
