They do not care about the patients or their money. So, follow up to my complaint. Dr. Cooper got on the phone to just rush me, which makes me wonder why he even bothered. They informed me that they would talk to Neili, the office, who hasn't even bothered to call me. I asked to get contact info for the owner and that is when Dr. Cooper who sounds like he is 12 gets on the phone. What a waste of time! RecommendedI discovered the joint while living in Texas and it helped me tremendously. But since moving to Illinois the locations are not as convenient and the doctors change way too often. As soon as you get comfortable with seeing someone, they leave for a different location. Huge negative, keep the same doctors for more than two months!

Jaclyn, thanks for the recommendation and comments. Dr. Dutka was at Schaumburg for over 5 years, Dr. Jackson was there for about 2 years and Dr. Scardina was there 2-3 years. All wanted a 'change of scenery", for lack of better phrase. I apologize that you must have come during the transition phase, I know that can be frustrating.

They ladies up front are very friendly and helpful. The three chiropractors at the Schaumburg location are nothing but very professional. I have benefitted alot from their care. I recommend The Joint and especially the Schaumburg location.

chiropractors aren't doctors. go to a real doctor. not someone who is going to do "adjustments" all the time.
Dr. Josh was amazing. I like his style very much. The cracks (neck specially) as very gentle (not the traumatic cracks and twists) and it does the work great. He is very methodical and it shows in how you feel immediately following the treatment.
The best Chiropractor 👨⚕️ doctor!!!
