RecommendedI love the ease and affordability about this place. My schedule is so busy that I rely on the fact that I can come in whenever I want. I feel so much better after my adjustment, and also like the fact that it is so quick that I can just pop in and out and continue with my day.
I'm happy with the ease and affordability to receive good chiropractic care. The doctors listen and truly care about my wellness. I used to get migraines frequently plus lower back and hip pain due to sitting in front of a computer for work. The access to go in anytime without an appointment and being able to get in and out makes it so easy for my busy schedule. I also like that I can go to any Joint while I'm traveling, it's been a lifesaver! 🤩
Things were great at first! They are good at talking you into a “plan”. First bad experience was when I was told I had a certain amount of visits but wasn’t told they didn’t roll over. Secondly, the chiropractor is a lil rough and doesn’t take any time whatsoever, I’m and out in less than 2 mins. Doesn’t really seem like much of any adjustment, which is why they want you back twice a week
Yesterday I sat in the lobby for 40 minutes waiting to be seen while person after person would scan their card and walk right in, adding to my wait time. On sunday I drove 40 minutes to the Dr. Phillips location, got there at 1:30 only to he told they weren't taking any more new patients for the day. You all wasted my time 2x and now will never earn my business. If you can't handle the work load, start taking appointments or hire more people. I work 6 days a week. Time is precious to me and you wasted a lot of it.
I started going recently and have noticed much improvement. I feel much better when I wake up and am not as sore or stiff. Everyone at this location is very friendly and it is always nice to walk right in when I need to.
Amazing concept & a total game changer with respect to the on demand model.
My wife and I have been going to this location for A couple years. Dr. Nicole is great, very friendly and professional.
I love coming to The Joint! I love Dr. Nicole and the way she personalizes my needs. I’ve had TERRIBLE neck pain for the past 6 months and this place is the most effective way to calm down my flare-ups.
