Been going here for years. Big turn over, but everyone has been real nice and super helpful.
I've been here recently since they got the new doctors and owners and it's like a whole new place. Same franchise, but a completely different team. I live 45 minutes out of town come in just to get adjusted here. Amazing service and an owner who will listen to feedback and make changes to how it was before. Love this place!
Front desk is nice. However, the unethical pricing is a problem for me. $20 for your first visit but when you return, POW! $58. This bait-and-switch tactic has lost a customer.
I'm so very frustrated with this terrible place! You do not know how to treat people and your cancellation request forms are a joke. When I asked to speak with someone else the lady started talking very quietly and said how terrible the company was???!! What kind of people run businesses like this??? I expect someone to contact me
I did tell people what i thought and a message came up and said i was mean. Guess they delete you if they do not like what you have to say...then fix the problem!!!
Loved it! Janice in the front office was the best.. She help me fix the problem that other locations have made. Definitely staying in the Cinco Ranch location.
