Typically I feel appreciated but if the Dr. knowingly skips my name as not to hold individuals accountable to the order of check-in, I feel less appreciated. I only give me money to businesses that appreciate my patronage of their establishment. This could have been an oversight but I feel there is a clear checked in list which you should have no problem enforcing. This was not a new patient orientation where there has always been an understanding that it may take the Dr. longer to complete. #thegiftoffeedback
Just horrible I would not recommend Briana was no help at all we are in freezing weather and yall can’t make an adjustment over the phone she telling me to call the Tuscaloosa office I call there he’s telling me to call the daphne location all because I wanted to update my card so they can get there money they don’t have to worry about me I been going to live well chiropractor Dr.swigert is great never had a problem been going since 2022 only went here bc he was out of his office I should of just waited.
Went in for the 1st time today and I’m glad that I did. Hayley was great and explained everything in detail with a smile. I have problems with my neck and my hips. Dr. Melanie was able to target those areas and give me the relief I needed. She was kind and let me know what she was doing so there were no surprises. I will definitely be returning on a regular basis.
