Dr. Ruben has a great personality and has been very welcoming since the start. I wouldn’t want any other doctor. The staff is also very accommodating and kind, which makes every visit a great experience.
I have been a patient here for a few years now. All of the doctors are great, especially Dr. Davis (though he only comes on Sundays). I’ve purchased their 6-visit prepaid packages several times, and overall they’ve been a good value. Unfortunately, my most recent experience was disappointing. When you purchase these packages, the only way to track your remaining visits is based on what they tell you at check-in and the balance they send via text. Great staff! Dr. Kantara is wonderful!
My first visit went well and at first visit I was recommended to follow up for almost 15 follow up visits. At first visit while checking out they told me that the package would be given to me as walk in and I can pay as package price on my second visit but when I just walked in for second visit they defer to give me package benefits and asked me that the charges would be single visit which is $55
