I cannot recommend this business based on my experience. At my last appointment, I clearly informed the office that I would not be returning for any future appointments. Despite that, they continued withdrawing money from my account for the next few months, even though no services were provided. which they never mentioned we had to sign a form for a cancellation verbal we said after our last visit we told them this will be the last visit with you guys and they said OK thank you and still for months they withdrew money from t... read more
I was just in here today for the first time. I definitely do not appreciate the countless text confirmations reminding me of my appointment! After filling out the texted information, Dr. Matt asked me all the same questions. He seemed more bewildered, than actually knew how to address the issues I arrived with. I did appreciate the receptionist “Allison” for explaining to me all the payments options & plans. Her patience is so comforting! I won’t be back here, but perhaps others may be satisfied.
