I really liked the dr but the front desk lady Barb made the experience terrible. To start out, barb told the dr “she’s a nurse and doesn’t believe in chiropractors” it was mortifying.. I was ridiculed for asking questions like if I would be able to cancel and was laughed at or told “what kind of place do you think we’re running?” She even pulled a patient aside as they left and said “do you feel like you’re forced into this?” The patient seemed confused and it embarrassed me. I just left Dr. Reid’s office and had an excellent experience from start to finish. Barbara at the front desk was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. She made sure I knew exactly where I needed to go and made the whole process easy. I played middle linebacker and fullback, so I’ve put a lot of wear and tear on my body over the years. Dr. Reid was able to assess me quickly and noticed right away that my pelvis was out of alignment. He corrected it immediately and gave me a full adjustment that felt amazing.
