They don't tell you need to sign a form and they took money from me for 2 months after I stopped going there, before I realized it, I went there in person and signed the form and told them I wanted a refund because they had not told me this, they said they would talk to their manager but they have not refunded my money I talked to others that and they had the same complaint
First of all they do not verbally disclose all the information to the customer when signing them up. Like their policy of having to be in their processing system for at least 60 days before you can cancel their service. Secondly they do not tell you when you tell them your discontinuing their service and you want to cancel the auto pay that you have to fill out a cancellation form in order to stop payment from continuously being charged.
