Went in for back pain and the office was empty. My one-time session lasted less than 2 minutes and I felt rushed out as if she had a long line waiting for her. I felt she didn’t really listen to my concerns, did a few cracks and I was out of there. $60 for a 2 minute session felt like a rip off.
Combined with more walking and frequent time on my stationary bike, the professional and courteous team at The Joint are helping me establish a healthier lifestyle and quality of life!
I was refused service today on the grounds of being hypermobile. 10-25% of the population (some estimates go up to 55% or so) are hypermobile. The doctor said she's not educated in hypermobility and refused to treat me. I'm pretty upset about it. Discriminating against a really common disability (or lack of education?) don't feel acceptable to me, especially since I've spent so much money to be treated at The Joint.
Had a great first experience. Was explained what the adjustment will do and they were very professional. Will be going back.
Dr. Mithra, Dr. Pouya, and others are great. I had a wonderful experience with them. In other words, I would rate their service a 10 out of 10.
