I went to the Suncrest Morgantown clinic for an adjustment on 11/08/24. It was my first visit. During the adjustment the male Chiropractor fractured two of my ribs. Once I knew there was a problem with the adjustment, I called the clinic. The secretary took down the information and gave me the owner's phone number. Before I could call her, she called me on 11/11/24. We discussed the problem and her comment was, "ACCIDENTS HAPPEN".
