I decided to give The Joint a try because I was having neck and back pain as well as headaches and they were priced where I could afford it and had wonderful reviews. I thought it was going to be a wonderful experience when I walked in. The front desk staff was friendly and attentive and answered all of my questions. However when the Dr. took me back he started off by asking “why now?”. It then felt like the appointment was very rushed and he was very rough.
