First time and they are all so nice and was in and out.
First time using the Joint Chiropractic I was very pleased with the adjustment and will take advantage of the membership. I didn't get a very warm feeling with the front desk staff at this location so I will probably end up going to another facility which is farther from my residence. I'm big on friendly customer service but that seems to be a thing of the past. I would not recommend this location to anyone. My second month my card was charged 2x so I called and got a refund for one of my charges. After the second month I decided to cancel. I had to go in person to sign paperwork and now even though I canceled I have 2 charges today for $79 a piece. Absolutely ridiculous.
