Tiffany the receptionist was amazing with making my nervous child feel comfortable about their visit. My child is an athlete so an adjustment was overdue. Dr. Bob was so knowledgeable and addressed the needs of my child. This place is super affordable with convenient hours of operation. My child is looking forward to their next appointment. If I could leave 0 stars I would. The joint has the same business model as planet fitness . They’ll get you to sign up because of the cheap price. Then they’ll say you can only cancel the membership in person, at their clinic only, not online or anything else. As well as not being covered by insurance so it’s out of pocket. Doesn’t matter if you move away, still has to be the original spot. It’s a very scummy business Tactic they use to rob you of your money without providing a service. DO NOT COME HERE!
Dr. Schultz explained to me what he needed to do and talked me through each step. I felt relief immediately. Will definitely be returning for my follow up visit.
