They advertise “month-to-month,” but fail to clearly disclose there’s actually a 3-month minimum commitment. That’s misleading, plain and simple. I only found out after signing up, which tells me the terms were not communicated transparently. If you’re going to require a minimum, say it upfront instead of hiding it behind vague wording. Would not have signed up if I had been given the full picture.
