Very happy with my first experience. Signed up for more maintenance. Dr. Wesley Cotton is great and I enjoyed his chiropractic techniques.
Staff is always cheerful and friendly! Usually very little wait.Terry is efficient and always has a smile in her face with a warm welcome and ‘have a great day’ when leaving. Normally, I don't/didn't like chiropractic adjustments, but I am always made to feel welcome, at home and relaxed. My back, shoulders and hips are doing better with weekly adjustments and seeing the different doctors have different benefits too!
The chiropractors are knowledgable and caring. I did feel like my first visit was a sales pitch to steer me to purchase so many visits instead of letting me decide. The 2 older ladies at the desk should be replaced. Today when I walked in, she ignored me because she was texting on her phone. Didn’t even look up! Then when I left she was still texting on her phone.
I have been here twice now. Once several months ago, second time yesterday. First time I was there I listened to there plans/ subscriptions and I told them I was not interested because I lived to far away and never came up to Clifton Park often. They continued to try and sign me up for there plans after telling them that I was not interested and just came in to check it out.
