Today was my first ever adjustment. The doctor was thorough in his exam and explained to me everything he was looking at and why. I’m looking forward to continuing my care with The Joint Chiropractic in Shreveport

Fast professional informative
The lady at the front desk was very rude. I arrived at 6:15, was met with a huge sigh. I guess she didn’t like that I was a walk-in. I was told I needed to update paperwork, which I was happy to do. But then I was told that it normally takes people too long to complete paperwork so that I couldn’t be seen…they closed at 7. I’m in my 20s.. paperwork doesn’t take me 45 minutes (also, I already have an account with them so it wasn’t as if I was a brand new client, so I’m familiar with the paperwork and it doesn’t take 45 minute... read more
