Really disappointed with the front desk staff today at the Loveland location. I came in 10-15 min before they closed today (Saturday 9/5) and she was very rude, turning me away from business completely. She didn’t offer to make me an appointment for a better time or educate me on their “walk in” process. The signs and websites say they take walk-ins, but apparently that doesn’t get honored toward the end of the day. I’m dealing with an injury and tried to get in after work. Dr Ryan was awesome. I definitely recommend him. I was referred by a friend and I was impressed with the teams knowledge and care, especially for a walk in chiropractor. He took care of both of my kids as well, we are really happy with the care provided.One of my children is an athlete and having routine care really helps him.
Dr. Scott did a thorough initial exam, and I was very impressed with the professionalism and quality of the adjustment.
